my name is Lonny Chant and i'm a freelance artist (mostly indie comics and such). John and i go way back to Middletown High and we share a lot of similar tastes, hence the offer to post in his cool blog. my first contribution will be to pimp a reprint of FUBAR which is appearing in this months (May) Previews. i contributed art to the story 'Heroes of the Soviet Union'. FUBAR is by Jeff Mccomsey (among others) and is a collection of zombie stories loosely tied together and set in WWII in Europe. we're currently at work on a second volume which will take place in The Pacific. look for more info soon!
FUBAR has gone into a second printing with a shiny new cover and subtitle (European Theater of the Damned). its going to be in this months Previews so please head on over to yer local comic shop and place an order or two!
