30 Second Movie Review:The Hangover Part 2

The Hangover was a really good comedy, that was bolstered by a really good cast that worked well together.I also think it was a tad overrated, although I personally enjoyed it.On that note, here are my thoughts on the second film...

It's the same thing.Top to bottom.Don't take that as a bad thing though. This time the Wolfpack are in Thailand for Stu's(Ed Helms)wedding and get into more trouble.Again it's all manners of hijinks, and it works. The truly amazing part is the formatting is the same, from the opening phone call home declaring the mess they are in,to the flashbacks showing how they got there,to how they end up saving the day.Ed Helms,Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis do a great job of instilling the same plot with not only a sense of "how could this happen again"with a true feeling of freshness as well.I was expecting a typical bad comedy sequel and was surprised by a goo film in it's own right.3.5 stars, just don't make part 3 and we are cool.
