Captain America,vol 4,came out shortly after 9/11.It started off it's short run quite good,written by John Ney Rieber,and drawn by the incredible John Cassaday(covers too).The book concentrated on Cap fighting terrorist threats to the U.S.,and the covers all carried an even moreso than normal patriotic vibe,mixing in elements of war propaganda posters from the 40's.Issue 2 has always had my favorite cover,with Cap's shield literally smashing terror into shards.
